If you are in immediate danger
If you are in danger right now, please call 999.
If it is unsafe to speak, you can use the Silent Solution by dialling 999 and pressing 55 when prompted. This allows the police to respond without you having to say anything.
Your safety matters more than anything else.

You deserve to be safe
If you feel scared at home, trapped in a relationship, or unsure where to turn, please know this: you are not alone.
Freedom Ministry exists to raise awareness, offer compassion, and walk alongside women who have experienced abuse, control, or trauma. We are building this ministry carefully and responsibly.
At this time, Freedom Ministry does not have the facilities to provide emergency support, crisis intervention, professional counselling, safeguarding services, or accommodation.
What we can offer right now:
• A compassionate, confidential listening space by email
• Emotional encouragement and support
• Gentle faith-based support and prayer (if you want this)
• Clear signposting to specialist organisations who are trained and equipped to help
If you need urgent or immediate help, please contact the services listed below.

If you are affected by child sexual abuse
If you experienced sexual abuse as a child — whether recently or many years ago — what happened to you was not your fault.
The effects of child sexual abuse can carry into adulthood in many ways, including fear, shame, trauma, or difficulty trusting others. You are not weak for struggling, and you are not alone.
Freedom Ministry does not currently provide specialist or professional support for child sexual abuse, and we are not a safeguarding or crisis service. However, we recognise the seriousness of this abuse and the lifelong impact it can have.
What we can offer at this stage:
• A compassionate, non-judgemental listening space by email
• Emotional and faith-based encouragement (if you choose this)
• Signposting to qualified organisations who are trained to support survivors

Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. You do not need to have the right words, be certain, or be ready for change to seek support.
